Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Rewardys, operated by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Rewardys helps customers collect rewards at participating businesses and helps those businesses record visits, manage reward programs, and redeem benefits. Customers show a personal QR code or member ID at the counter. Program rules (such as visit thresholds and rewards) are set by each participating business.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes. You may set an optional counter display name for use when staff scan your QR code.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with reward systems, scan or manipulate QR codes fraudulently, record visits without the customer present, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Business workspaces
If you access a business workspace, you may only act on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. Businesses use the scanner or manual member ID lookup to identify a customer who is present; staff may view that customer's reward progress and recent visit history at that business only. Businesses are responsible for training staff and for how they use customer reward information in line with this policy and applicable privacy law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Participating businesses control reward availability, redemption rules, and fulfillment of rewards. Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd does not guarantee any specific reward outcome at a participating business.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.
