We are here to help with account access, reward balances, QR codes, business scanning, manual member ID lookup, and general app questions.
Customers
Your QR code and member ID are on the QR tab in the app. Show the QR at the counter to earn rewards. You can set an optional "Name at the counter" in Account if you want staff to see a nickname when you scan (your email is not shown to shops).
Businesses
Use Scanner to read a customer QR code, or Lookup to enter a member ID if the camera is unavailable. After identifying the customer, you can record visits, redeem rewards, and view recent visit history for that customer at your business.

Contact us at support@rewardys.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal account data from Rewardys.
